Restricted Conditions

We apologise that participants with any of the following conditions are unable to take part in the ZIPCITY adventure due to safety restrictions.

  • Any nose or throat disease causing breathing difficulties
  • Blood Thinners
  • Brittle Bones
  • Current blood clot on lungs/ PE
  • Haemophilia
  • Previous or Current Retinal detachment
  • Severe COPD, on portable or home Oxygen.
  • Untreated Psychosis
  • Beta Blockers
  • Bone Cancer
  • Cancer effecting breathing
  • Drug or Alcohol intake
  • Infectious disease, E.G. Current chicken pox, whooping cough.
  • Severe Anaemia
  • Unstable Angina/ Ischaemic Heart Disease.
  • Neck or Spinal weakness and increased risk of injury or surgical implants to stabilise
